A minimum of five drops of Grapefruit Seed Extract per litre is recommended to add to water. The same concentration in a sink of water also makes an excellent rinse for fruits and vegetables.

Each drop contains Grapefruit seed extract (560 mcg of vitamin C per drop) 7 mg
Vegetable glycerin.
Directions of Use
Adults: Mix 12–15 drops in a glass of water or juice, one to three times daily, with or without meals, or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Warnings
Contains no Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are taking any other medication. Do not put in eyes or use full strength in mouth, ears, nose or sensitive areas. May cause irritation if used directly on the skin.
